EnrichGraph provides professional profile data API access for businesses. Our Services include:

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of the API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in your service agreement. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of access. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice to ensure fair usage and system stability.

6. Payment Terms

For paid Services:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Data Accuracy and Warranties

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date data, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided through our Services. The data is provided "as is" and "as available." You acknowledge that data quality may vary and should be verified for critical business decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, are owned by EnrichGraph or its licensors. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnrichGraph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EnrichGraph, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in those documents.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
